The news, made for you.

Every morning, the day’s biggest stories, explained in words that make sense: what happened, why it matters, and what to think about.

• A handful of the day’s stories each morning, explained for children of 8 to 12.
• What happened, why it matters, words to know, and something to think about.
• A quick check after each story, and read aloud on request.
• Every story names the news organisations its facts came from.
• One edition a day, written on our server and the same for every child. There’s no AI in the app, and nothing about a child leaves the device.
• A switch for each child, in the grown-ups’ settings, for whether they see hard news.
